How can I reset Portal Password (Forgot Password)?

To reset the password of your portal, please do the following:
1 – Access the Portal
2 – Select Forgot Password
3 – You will be asked to enter your email address
4 – Press “Submit”
5 – You will receive an email with a link to reset your password, click on the link to set a new password and press Submit
6 – You will be notified that You have successfully changed your password
7 – In case the link expires you will be notified accordingly
8 – In case the link has already been used, you will also be notified accordingly.
